Product Owner

As a Senior Product Delivery Vice President in the WLS AI Delivery team, you will ensure the stable and scalable delivery of AI solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value. Your passion for the mission of delivering intelligent solutions that address customer needs and assist employees will be crucial. - Define and oversee the product vision, roadmap, and development plans, ensuring alignment with business growth targets and risk management objectives - Drive the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and planning through execution and future enhancements - Mentor product teams on industry best practices and empower them to achieve objectives effectively - Own product performance metrics and prioritize enhancements to deliver key business outcomes - Manage a team of product owners and oversee the book of work for AI, workflow, and integration teams Design AI-Integrated Workflows: - Architects workflows that enable seamless human-plus-machine collaboration - Ensure integration with upstream and downstream systems to deliver data-first, AI-compatible solutions - Maximize connectivity and automation across the product ecosystem Demonstrate strong proficiency in workflow tools: - Leverage tools to design, optimize, and implement efficient processes - Support product delivery and business objectives Drive Workflow Innovation: - Champion the adoption of innovative workflow design and optimization techniques - Ensure processes are efficient, scalable, and adaptable to evolving business and technology needs Required Qualifications, capabilities, and skills: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field - Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in AI/ML product development - Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, and data analytics - Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools - 10+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, and predictive analytics - Familiarity with MLOps practices for model monitoring, retraining, and CI/CD pipelines - Solid understanding of convolutional neural networks (CNN) and deep learning techniques - Experience working with large-scale datasets and distributed computing frameworks Preferred Qualifications, capabilities, and skills: - Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Alteryx, and PySpark for data manipulation, analysis, and modeling - Experience with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow, Regex - Knowledge of tools like UiPath, Xceptor, Python, Instabase - Good understanding of NLP, Prompt engineering - Experience with cloud platforms and AI services - Knowledge of data privacy regulations and ethical considerations in AI - Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, MS Power Platform, Camunda/BPM, Cloud Solution Architecture, Python,
