Job Description

As a member of a Scrum Team in an Agile development environment, your role involves participating actively in the development process. You will review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs. Gathering business requirements from various sources such as customers and account managers will be a key responsibility. Prioritizing these requirements as part of the product roadmap and collaborating with development, architecture, and user experience teams to create solutions that resonate with users and buyers is crucial. Conducting customer, market, and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and unmet user needs will also be part of your tasks. Developing User Stories with Acceptance Criteria, Use Cases, Activity Diagrams, UI Wireframes, Class Diagrams, Business Rules, and Rule Flow Diagrams is essential. Additionally, you will need to prioritize and order functionality based on business value. You are expected to do whatever it takes to ensure the success of your solution with a strong sense of accountability.
