Product Owner

In this role, you will be expected to demonstrate strong project management skills such as multitasking and managing several deliverables concurrently. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, global, and disparate team environment. It is essential that you are willing to immerse yourself in problem-solving and step outside your comfort zone to learn and encourage the team to do the same. Key Responsibilities: - Have past exposure to financial software development projects and vendor products/commercial packages - Ability to document and communicate complex topics using various channels like Jira, PowerPoint, Word, Miro, etc - Manage multiple projects and resource allocations within expected timelines to meet deliverables - Strong communication skills to convey complex messages, trade-offs, and tell a compelling story - Deep understanding of secure product lifecycles - Expertise in Scrum/Agile as it relates to Product Owner activities - Collaborate with technical and finance business teams, possessing sufficient tech depth to engage in problem-solving with delivery teams, and understanding finance acumen (knowledge of treasury/capital/equity a plus) - Strong familiarity with key cloud technologies and their terminology, with an eagerness to learn more about how cloud delivery can amplify impact - Ability to manage, process, and apply information quickly and accurately to generate insights and next steps - Proven organizational skills, excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills - Strong problem-solving and analytical/critical thinking skills Qualifications Required: - Strong project management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, global, disparate team environment - Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges - Past exposure to financial software development projects and vendor products/commercial packages - Proficiency in communicating complex topics through various channels - Experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies - Ability to collaborate with technical and finance business teams - Familiarity with cloud technologies and their impact - Proven organizational and problem-solving skills - Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills In this role, you will be expected to demonstrate strong project management skills such as multitasking and managing several deliverables concurrently.
