Job Title: Product Owner – Healthcare Domain

Location: Vadodara (Onsite/Hybrid)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with strong Healthcare domain expertise to drive the vision, roadmap, and delivery of high-impact digital healthcare products. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and clinical experts to translate business needs into scalable product solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements

• Define product vision, roadmap, and release plans for healthcare applications

• Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders, clinicians, and customers

• Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritize features

• Work closely with Scrum teams to ensure timely and quality delivery

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, etc.)

• Monitor product performance using metrics and user feedback

• Act as a bridge between business, technology, and domain experts

Required Skills & Experience

• 9+ years of experience in Product Management / Product Owner roles

• Strong experience in the Healthcare domain (Medical devices, Health IT, EHR/EMR, Digital Health, etc.)

• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and data standards

• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, UX, Regulatory)

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have

• Certified CSPO / SAFe PO/PM

• Experience with medical imaging, clinical systems, or connected health platforms

• Exposure to AI/ML-based healthcare solutions
