Technical/Domain Skills (must): Product Management, EPIC/User story writing

Domain Knowledge: Trade Life Cycle, Settlements, Inventory Management
Generic Skills
ؠ10 -12 years plus experience working across multiple teams and functions to ensure alignment
ؠknowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Financial Products (preferable)
ؠstrong analytical, problem-solving, and synthesizing skills
ؠexcellent writing and communication skills
ؠexperience in managing complex projects backlog
ؠunderstanding of the Agile methodology and software development lifecycle
ؠAbility to interpret a set of requirements to develop robust solution
ؠstrong Microsoft software skills (Office, co-pilot) Gitlab and SQL knowledge
ؠproven ability to manage and engage with stakeholders at all levels
ؠability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
ؠfocus on innovation and continuous improvement
Product Owner skillset: -
ؠStrong domain knowledge in Trade Life Cycle, Settlements domain, Capital Market/OTC
ؠproduct-oriented mindset, focused on full product development cycle: discovery, quick idea evaluation, building roadmap, implementation and gathering feedback
ؠfinding commonalities and defining customization for different tenants of the platform
ؠdefining long-term goals and building roadmaps
ؠstrong user-centric approach to product development
ؠability to prioritize features and functionalities based on user needs and business value
ؠexperience in conducting market research and competitive analysis
ؠproficiency in creating and managing product backlogs
ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
