Validates and tests ideas through recurrent feedback loops to ensure knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes. Your typical day will involve shaping and managing the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring that the product team consistently delivers on client needs and wants. You will validate and test ideas through recurrent feedback loops, ensuring that knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes. This role requires a deep understanding of customer perspectives and the ability to translate those insights into actionable product strategies. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align team objectives.- Continuously assess and prioritize the product backlog based on stakeholder feedback and market trends. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.- Excellent communication skills to articulate product vision and requirements to diverse stakeholders.- Experience in agile methodologies and frameworks to enhance team collaboration and efficiency.- Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing project demands. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
