Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Product Marketer with an MBA to lead our marketing initiatives for innovative SaaS products. This role involves developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive product adoption, enhance market positioning, and support sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in market research, product management, and digital marketing, with a focus on B2B markets and e-commerce platforms. You will collaborate closely with product development, sales, and customer success teams to deliver compelling product demos and customer segmentation strategies that resonate with target audiences.

Duties

  • Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies leveraging market research, customer segmentation, and analysis skills.
  • Lead product positioning efforts to differentiate offerings in competitive SaaS and e-commerce landscapes.
  • Manage product lifecycle activities including product development support and product demos for clients and internal teams.
  • Coordinate with software development teams to align marketing initiatives with product features and updates.
  • Design and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Conduct analysis of market trends, customer feedback, and sales data to inform marketing strategies.
  • Utilize project management methodologies such as Agile to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects.
  • Support sales teams with effective presentation materials, sales enablement tools, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate on customer research initiatives to refine targeting and improve customer experience.
  • Track performance metrics using SQL or other analytical tools to optimize marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

  • MBA with a focus on Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing within SaaS or software development industries.
  • Strong understanding of product management, product positioning, and product development processes.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
  • Experience in market research, analysis skills, and customer segmentation techniques.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing strategies including SEO/SEM, content marketing, and social media campaigns.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
  • Knowledge of E-commerce platforms and software development lifecycle is a plus.
  • Analytical skills including proficiency in SQL for data analysis are preferred.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, and customer success.
