Channel Team in wholesale banking , is a specialized team that manages digital platforms and solutionsforbusiness banking clients. Channel Team is responsible for strategy Development, Platform Management, Customer Experience, Digital Transformation , Compliance & Security and Performance Optimisation. The team bridges corporate banking, IT operations, and external partners, ensuring seamless ,secure and innovative banking experience for corporate clients.

Product manager- Process, Controls & Data Management

Objective

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-orientedProcess Control and Data Management to oversee the operational integrity and data governance of our business banking digital platform. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth platform operations, defining and enforcing process controls, and managing data quality, reporting, and analytics

Responsibilities

Process Control & Platform Operations

  • Define, document, and enforce process controls to ensure seamless platform operations.
  • Monitor platform performance, identifying and addressing operational risks or inefficiencies.
  • Collaborate with product, technology, and operations teams to improve process automation and minimize manual interventions.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across all business banking digital platforms.
  • Work with analytics teams to provide actionable insights for business decision-making.
  • Support reporting requirements, including MIS, regulatory reports, and internaldata &dashboards.

Risk

  • Collaborate with compliance, risk, and audit teams to ensure adherence to internal and regulatory guidelines.
  • Serve as the point of contact for process control-related issues and escalations.

Experience

  • Experience

    : 4-6 years in process control, data management, business operations, or a similar role, preferably in banking or fintech.
  • Technical Skills

    : Strong understanding of process automation, managing reports & MIS , SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
  • Analytical Mind-set

    : Ability to analyse data, identify patterns, and drive insights.
  • Attention to Detail

    : Strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and risk management.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including IT, risk, compliance, and operations

Preferred competencies

  • Experience with digital banking platforms and transaction systems.
  • Knowledge of regulatory reporting and compliance requirements in banking.
  • Exposure to automation tools and workflow management systems.
  • Prior experience of working in process / data / analytics related domain.
