Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive product and category revenue by supporting sales teams.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer needs, trends, and competition.
  • Develop and execute product strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Lead product launches, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, design, regulatory, supply chain).
  • Monitor stock and packaging; propose liquidation and redesign plans.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and support approval processes.
  • Conduct fieldwork across India and represent the brand at trade events.

Required Skills:

  • Proven success in product lifecycle management and marketing strategy.
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional team coordination.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
  • Analytical mindset with market and performance tracking capabilities.

Qualification:

Masters in Pharmaceutical Management (preferred)
