Product Manager Technical

Role Overview: You will work with business partners within one or more business units to align technology solutions with business strategies. You must demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of a business area within the business client's unit to identify and communicate how IT solutions can strategically assist and support. Your role will involve supporting one or more highly complex business processes, which may require designing or integrating technical solutions that cross multiple functions of the business. You may also serve as a project team member or team lead and will be responsible for coordinating the collection, analysis, and documentation of future business requirements. Additionally, you will align IT resources and processes to meet the client organization's needs, as well as design enterprise solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Work with ServiceNow custom applications and testing. - Experience with Service Operations Workspace, Major Incident, Change Management, etc. - Perform integration testing against best practice standards. - Familiarity with ServiceNow Mobile offerings. - Experience in Service Catalog modernization and migration to Service Portal. - Knowledge of ServiceNow test management. - Conduct automated testing and experience with Automate Pro. Qualifications Required: - Strong knowledge and experience working with ServiceNow. - Proven experience in aligning technology solutions with business strategies. - Ability to analyze and document business requirements. - Familiarity with automated testing tools. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Previous experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams.
