Role Overview: As a Technical Product Owner at Mastercard, you will be working in a Scaled Agile Environment where you will conduct thorough functional and business analysis of high-level business needs, conceptualize detailed solutions for Real Time Online and Batch Systems, collaborate with various groups across locations, create business/data-related metrics/reports for leadership, and clarify functional questions for teams to ensure the development meets expectations. Key Responsibilities: - Work as a Technical Product Owner in a Scaled Agile Environment - Conduct thorough functional and business analysis of high-level business needs - Conceptualize detailed solutions for Real Time Online and Batch Systems - Collaborate and Coordinate with various groups in Mastercard across locations - Create & present business/data-related metrics/reports for leadership - Clarify and answer various functional questions for teams regarding Features/Stories Qualifications Required: - Extensive experience working as a Product Owner for Agile software development teams - Extensive experience in authoring features and stories in an Agile environment - Result-Oriented Professional - Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills - Ability to guide and mentor teams related to business domain knowledge - Strong understanding, inclination, and experience of working in an Agile (SaFe) environment Additional Company Details: Mastercard emphasizes the importance of Corporate Security Responsibility, where every individual working for or on behalf of the company is accountable for information security. It is mandatory for all personnel to abide by Mastercard's security policies and practices, ensure confidentiality and integrity of accessed information, report any suspected information security violation or breach, and complete all periodic mandatory security trainings as per Mastercard's guidelines.
