Description We are looking for an experienced Product Manager (Tech) to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management within the tech industry, possessing the ability to drive product strategy and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities Define the product vision and roadmap based on market research and customer feedback. Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver product requirements and specifications. Analyze product performance metrics and iterate on product features to enhance user experience. Conduct competitive analysis and identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation. Lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. 3-8 years of experience in product management, preferably in a tech environment. Strong understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies. Proficient in using product management tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana. Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Experience with user experience (UX) design principles and user research methods.
