Join us as a Product Manager , Senior - AI and help us do what we do best.?Learn more about us.Progress is seeking a strategic Product Manager, Senior to lead its effort to operational processes improvements through understanding stakeholder requirements, identifying high-impact opportunities, and collaborating closely with engineering resources to deliver scalable, innovative agent-based or other automations across the enterprise. The role will partner closely with the Corporate AI Team, which is dedicated to enabling Product Engineering with AI.
Goals & Impact
- Accelerate automation within G&A teams by reducing operational overhead and improving solution quality.
- Foster innovation and experimentation with Automation and AI technologies while maintaining strict governance and compliance.
- Report on adoption, ROI, and business impact of deployed AI agents or automation, demonstrating value to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary interface between Operations stakeholders and the engineering team, gathering, refining, and prioritizing requirements based on business value and impact.
- Coordinate with engineering resources to translate business needs into process automation or AI Agent solutions
- Oversee the design, architecture, and deployment of secure, compliant, and scalable AI agent solutions in partnership with the Corporate AI Team.
- Develop reusable components, templates, and best practices for agent creation and deployment to accelerate solution delivery.
- Support internal teams by providing technical expertise, troubleshooting, and ongoing enablement, driving adoption, and self-sufficiency in non-engineering groups.
- Promote knowledge transfer and facilitate training to increase AI adoption and proficiency across business units.
- Partner cross-functionally with IT, HR, CAIO, and third-party experts to scale AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and governance.
Experience & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Product Manager working with technical and engineering teams in AI, automation, or software development environments.
- Demonstrated ability to architect and coordinate the deployment of secure, scalable AI agent solutions, preferably in an enterprise setting.
- Exceptional skills in translating business requirements into actionable technical solutions, with a focus on maximizing value and impact.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities, with experience partnering with corporate AI teams and product engineering groups.
- Solid understanding of engineering processes and hands-on experience with agent frameworks, low-code platforms, or automation tools.
