Product Manager

Role & responsibilities

Product Strategy & Ownership

• Own the product vision and roadmap for Provana' s conversational AI Platform across voice and chat use cases.
• Define core platform capabilities such as conversation orchestration, knowledge integration (RAG), compliance controls, analytics, and continuous learning.
• Balance build vs buy decisions, working with external platforms (e.g., voice/ASR/LLM vendors) while protecting Provana s IP.

Techno-Functional Leadership

• Act as the bridge between engineering, AI vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Translate AI concepts (ASR, NLU, LLMs, latency, hallucination risk, fine-tuning, evaluation metrics) into clear product requirements.
• Work closely with architects and engineers to define APIs, integrations, workflows, and non-functional requirements (scalability, security, compliance).

Domain & Use-Case Development

• Partner with operations, compliance, and domain SMEs to design industry-specific conversational flows (e.g., collections, intake, QA, compliance).
• Ensure the platform supports regulated workflows, auditability, versioning, and explainability.
• Define how the platform integrates with existing systems (dialers, CRMs, LMS, SOP repositories, analytics tools).

Execution & Delivery

• Own backlog prioritization and sprint planning in collaboration with engineering.
• Drive pilots, POCs, and beta deployments with internal teams and external clients.
• Measure success using product adoption, accuracy, latency, compliance, and business impact metrics.

Stakeholder & GTM Collaboration

• Work with sales, pre-sales, and leadership to support demos, client conversations, and roadmap positioning.
• Partner with GTM teams to package platform capabilities into repeatable offerings.
• Contribute to thought leadership and client-facing narratives around AI strategy.

Preferred candidate profile

• Overall 8-12 years of experience with minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management (PM / SPM level).
• Prior experience with AI/ML-based products, conversational AI, voice platforms, analytics platforms, or workflow automation.
• Experience working in B2B SaaS, platforms, or tech-enabled services environments.
