Job Description

As a Product Manager for Power Lines in the Lighting Division (LD), your role will involve leading the strategy, planning, and execution of product activities for power supply units, LED drivers, and related power electronics solutions. You will collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Sales, Procurement, and Operations teams to ensure the success of the Power Line product portfolio in alignment with business objectives and market trends. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute product strategies for Power Lines / LED Drivers / Power Modules under the LD division. - Define product positioning, pricing strategy, and go-to-market plans. - Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in power electronics to identify new opportunities. - Own the product lifecycle from concept, design, validation, and production to phase-out. - Collaborate with R&D to define product specifications, design goals, and feature sets. - Coordinate with Sales & Marketing to support customer engagements and technical presentations. - Gather customer feedback, field issues, and application requirements to refine existing products. - Maintain technical and commercial documentation for all product lines. - Generate regular reports on product performance, sales, margins, and forecasts for management review. Qualifications Required: - Education: Bachelors or masters degree in electrical / Electronic Engineering or a related discipline. - Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Product Management / R&D / Application Engineering in Power Electronics, LED Drivers, or Lighting Systems. - Technical Knowledge: Hands-on familiarity with circuit design, thermal management, EMI/EMC standards, and reliability testing. - Business & Communication Skills: Proven ability to translate technical features into business value. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. In addition to the above, you will need to have a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, a customer-centric approach, ability to prioritize and drive projects independently, and be a team player with leadership capabilities and cross-functional influence.,
