In this role at Pibit.ai, you will be responsible for building the foundational systems powering AI-driven underwriting solutions. You will collaborate with various teams to enhance platform features, improve data processing capabilities, and ensure scalability for the growing client base. This position requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and enthusiasm for working at the intersection of AI technology and insurance innovation. Key Responsibilities: - Define and deliver the product roadmap for platform capabilities such as governance, workflow management, platform features, and API integrations. - Translate business requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Own the design, development, and launch of new tools or product features from concept to execution. - Prioritize platform scalability, reliability, and performance improvements with the engineering team. - Write product requirements for the Platform, contribute to sprint planning, and validate releases for real-world value. - Conduct market and competitive research to inform product strategy. - Gather feedback from client-facing teams to ensure platform features address customer pain points. - Monitor product KPIs and collaborate with analytics teams to measure adoption, engagement, and performance. - Contribute to documentation, release notes, and training materials for internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications: - 4+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related roles in B2B SaaS platforms. - Strong understanding of software development concepts, APIs, and cloud environments. - Excellent communication skills for collaboration across technical and non-technical teams. - Analytical mindset to break down complex problems into structured solutions. - Passion for AI/ML technologies and interest in the insurance/fintech space. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
