Job Description

  • Own Payments Capabilities:

    Drive product strategy and execution for key payments platform features such as authorization flows, routing, and settlement services.
  • Support Vendor Integrations:

    Partner with global payment processors, fraud vendors, and other FinTech providers to deliver reliable, cost-effective integrations that enhance customer trust.
  • Collaborate Across Teams:

    Work with stakeholders in Payments, Financing, Loyalty, Fraud, Cart/Checkout, and Finance to align business objectives with platform priorities.
  • Enable Scalable Infrastructure:

    Partner with Engineering to design APIs and services that can handle high throughput and global scale, while ensuring resilience and extensibility.
  • Measure & Optimize:

    Define and track KPIs like authorization rates, decline reasons, and payment costs. Use data to drive continuous improvements in conversion and efficiency.
  • Ensure Compliance & Security:

    Collaborate with Legal, Risk, and Security teams to ensure that payments systems meet regulatory and compliance requirements globally.
  • Champion Reliability:

    Contribute to building systems with strong observability, redundancy, and failover strategies to minimize customer disruption.

What You ll Need

  • Overall 6+ years of experience and 2 4 years of product management experience, ideally in payments, FinTech, or related e-commerce platform technology.
  • Understanding of core payments concepts such as authorization, routing, tokenization, chargebacks, and settlement.
  • Comfort engaging with engineering teams on architecture, APIs, and system design trade-offs no coding required, but technical fluency is expected.
  • Strong product instincts and a platform-oriented mindset you re motivated to build foundational capabilities that unlock downstream value.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience aligning business and technical teams.
  • Analytical skills to interpret payments data, identify trends, and prioritize improvements.
  • Experience with third-party vendor integrations in payments or fraud is a plus.
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
