Product Manager- Investment AUM

As a Product Manager - Investments, you will be responsible for maintaining current and upcoming product information. Your focus will be on developing a business strategy to increase Assets Under Management (AUM) through branch and franchisee channels. In collaboration with the management team, you will design contests and Recognition and Rewards (RNR) programs for the sales and dealing teams. You will be the point of contact for handling queries from the sales team and coordinating with insurance companies for both new and existing product launches. Your role will also involve organizing investment campaigns nationwide, conducting quarterly events at all branches to generate prospect leads, and engaging existing clients by promoting insurance products. Building strong relationships with insurance companies to secure sponsorships for internal employee RNR activities will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Your proactive approach in liaising with various stakeholders and ensuring effective communication between different teams will contribute to the overall success of the investment products and strategies.,
