Product Manager III

The Product Manager 3 is responsible for products of medium to high complexity. You will be accountable for essential product functions such as building product strategy, defining key business outcomes as part of product discovery, and ensuring the success of product delivery according to defined outcomes. You will also be responsible for ensuring that every goal-aligned unit of value created by multiple teams is measurable and can demonstrate progress towards overall product objectives. You will be expected to effectively communicate key information (strategy, priorities, plans, experiments, results, etc.) regarding the product(s) with stakeholders and collaborate efficiently as part of the product management team supporting a broader product family or portfolio. Additionally, you will need to identify opportunities to enhance the product management practice within your sphere of responsibility and take actionable steps to continuously improve, demonstrating effective product leadership. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 12+ years of IT experience, with at least 6+ years of end-to-end product management experience. You should possess demonstrated experience in managing one or more products and have a proven track record in stakeholder and relationship management within a multi-product environment.,
