Product Manager (Core Systems & Digital Transformation)

About the Role

We are re-architecting our core systems (Master Data, CRM, and Order Management) to build a digital-first, efficient, and AI-ready organization. As a Product Manager, you will be at the centre of this transformationworking with business stakeholders, engineers, and leadership to define, prioritize, and deliver impactful products.

This role is ideal for a young, hungry, hands-on PM who wants to build end-to-end systems from scratch and is not afraid to roll up their sleeves in a traditional business environment that is rapidly modernizing.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Process & Product Management
  • Work with business and functional teams to deeply understand current processes and pain points.
  • Translate business needs into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog across CRM, Order Management, and related systems.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with engineering (Python, APIs, full-stack) and UI/UX teams to deliver sprints on time.
  • Drive testing, demos, and user feedback loops to ensure adoption and usability.
  • Data & Metrics
  • Track product metrics and success outcomes (efficiency, adoption, time saved, data quality).
  • Change Management & Innovation
  • Challenge old ways of working and push for automation and system-driven solutions.
  • Work closely with the Change Manager to ensure smooth rollout and adoption.
  • Stay updated on AI and digital transformation trends; suggest opportunities to embed AI into workflows.

Technical Competencies & Qualifications

  • Experience: 3- 6 years in product management, business analysis, or similar roles (startup or SaaS exposure a plus)
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to simplify complex processes
  • Work Ethic: Comfort working in ambiguity and getting hands dirty (writing stories, testing features, making decks)
  • Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsable to align both business and tech teams
  • Mindset: Builder mindset, bias for action, ownership, and learning
  • Domain Knowledge: Exposure to Sales Force Automation, Lead-to-Cash processes, and digital transformation initiatives preferred
  • Additional Experience: Building tools for Field Visit management, Lead management, Incentive automation, and revenue dashboards useful
  • Stakeholder Management: Experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
