As a Product Manager at IOTomation Ecotech Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for leading the development and enhancement of building management solutions. Working as a key member of a small, agile team, you will independently define product strategies, prioritize features, and oversee the product lifecycle from conception to deployment. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and articulate a clear product vision aligned with company goals in building management systems. - Conduct market research and user interviews to identify customer needs and industry trends. - Define detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Prioritize features and manage the product backlog for timely delivery. - Collaborate with engineering, sales, and customer support for successful product launches. - Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate for improved usability and functionality. - Manage product documentation, training materials, and go-to-market strategies. - Exercise strong judgment and decision-making to drive product success independently. - Liaise with stakeholders occasionally, providing updates and aligning expectations. - Stay updated with the latest building automation and management technologies. Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in building automation or related fields. - Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. - Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Technical understanding of building management systems is a plus. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline; Masters preferred.
