• Define & execute the strategy for Digital Experience Monitoring + observability solutions, aligning with business objectives and IT infrastructure.
• Work together across different departments with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Deliver performance reporting and consulting to business leadership, expanding Digital Experience Monitoring coverage
• Deploying monitoring for new applications & Infrastructure, and continuously improving infrastructure and experience monitoring capabilities..
• Maintain clear, concise, and professional communication with all stakeholders, fostering transparency and mutual understanding.
• Work seamlessly within an Agile framework (Scrum/Kanban), actively contributing to team goals, participating in ceremonies, and adapting effectively to changing requirements.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of diverse architectures and distributed systems.
• Expertise in Application/Service Monitoring, SAP Monitoring, and Infrastructure monitoring.
• Subject Matter Expertise in applications like App Dynamics, Datadog, Splunk, Icinga etc.,
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging diverse technical and business stakeholders.
