1. To Develop and refine the product strategy in alignment with overall business goals, market trends, and customer needs.
2. To Define clear category goals, performance metrics, and KPIs to measure and drive category performance.
3. Creating and maintaining a clear and comprehensive product roadmap that outlines the vision, goals, and milestones for the product's development and release.
4. Conducting market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends. Analyzing data to make informed decisions about product features, pricing, and positioning.
5. Margin analysis - Annual budget planning and effective management of marketing and sales team to achieve the annual budgeted target.
6. Competitive Landscape analysis and strategy against it. - Research and implementation of business plan
7. New product launch and Benchmarking of the products against Competition. - Pricing strategies & approvals.
8. Review & approval of promotional activities and collaterals for effective communication of the products.
9. Designing of Schemes and Loyalty programs for Distributors and End users. - Building the sales channel across India for Astral's adhesive solutions.
10. Monitoring and analyzing the existing product performance such as revenue, market share, customer satisfaction, and adoption rates. Identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize product performance.
