Product Manager / Analyst AI for Clinical Documentation (OASIS & Coding)

As a Product Manager / Analyst at Hoolime, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing AI-powered tools to enhance productivity, accuracy, and scalability in clinical documentation. You will collaborate closely with clinicians, engineers, and company leadership to revolutionize documentation processes through automation and intelligence. Key Responsibilities: - Understand clinical documentation workflows, with a focus on OASIS Start of Care (SOC) reviews and coding procedures - Collaborate with internal reviewers, QA analysts, and coders to identify pain points, time-consuming tasks, and repetitive processes - Translate real-world challenges into comprehensive product requirements for the engineering and AI/ML teams - Work with the engineering team to develop, test, and deploy AI-powered tools that streamline reviewer efforts while ensuring clinical precision and compliance - Define and monitor product metrics such as time saved per chart, error rates, and user satisfaction levels - Support UI/UX enhancements to optimize usability for clinicians and reviewers - Lead product testing, feedback loops, and iteration cycles Ideal Candidate: - 1-3 years of experience in product management, product analytics, or healthcare operations - Knowledge of home health workflows, particularly OASIS, ICD-10, or QA/coding, is advantageous - Passion for healthcare technology and AI-driven automation - Strong analytical and communication skills to bridge the gap between clinicians and engineers - Proficient in writing product specifications, flow diagrams, and user stories - Proactive, detail-oriented, and quick to grasp clinical and technical concepts - Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel - Experience with AppSheet and other no-code platforms - Working knowledge of JavaScript / Apps Script - Familiarity with AI products, including OpenAI tools beyond ChatGPT - Ability to facilitate collaboration between the product team and other departments Why Hoolime - Address real operational challenges in U.S. healthcare delivery - Collaborate with a talented team of engineers, clinicians, and operators - Develop AI tools that are utilized by frontline healthcare workers - Join a fast-growing startup with opportunities for advancement into senior product leadership roles Benefits: - Health insurance - Paid sick time - Provident Fund Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position based in Chandigarh, India.
