We are seeking an experienced and dedicated product manager to take charge of the roadmap, strategy, and execution for Salesforces Data Cloud reporting product. As a product manager, you will have the opportunity to reimagine product experiences using Trusted Reporting Agents and AI technologies. The Salesforce reporting suite provides a range of services related to report building, dashboarding, and data modeling that are utilized by millions of users globally. Your role will involve deep integration of these capabilities with Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce, driving a roadmap aligned with product adoption targets and creating engaging user experiences through Salesforces investment in Data Cloud, Slack, and Agentic AI. The ideal candidate for this position will possess a broad and in-depth understanding of product management in a complex environment. You should be adept at fostering cross-functional alignment across various organizational groups such as Engineering, Product, User Experience, Content Experience, and support. Additionally, you should be comfortable addressing long-standing product gaps, engaging with the trailblazer community, and prioritizing strategic capabilities and architectural choices for the success of our products. **Responsibilities:** - Develop a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for Data Cloud Reporting, informed by a deep understanding of metadata-driven platforms and industry best practices. - Collaborate with Engineering, Cross-Cloud Product Managers, User Experience, Content Experience, and Support to execute the product roadmap effectively. - Drive alignment and communicate product plans across all organizational levels, including senior executives. - Engage with customers and the Trailblazer community as a product expert, providing guidance on Salesforce analytics portfolio and ensuring customer success. - Present product capabilities, vision, and value propositions to various stakeholders, including customers, prospects, and cross-cloud teams. - Champion the product and new features by promoting and evangelizing them with marketing, sales, support, professional services, partners, and customers. - Create and deliver compelling demos for both internal and external use. **Who you are:** - Possess a deep understanding of building App Platforms, including metadata, custom objects & fields, APIs, and Setup. - Strong knowledge of SaaS Platform technologies, architecture, and integrations, with experience in Salesforce Platform being advantageous. - Domain expertise in Analytics, Data Modeling, and Enterprise business applications. - Results-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage expectations and customer demands effectively. - Embrace a growth mindset and proactively seek opportunities for product improvement and growth. - Effective communicator with the ability to articulate a vision and inspire others. - Design-driven mindset to create delightful analytical experiences in collaboration with UX and user research. - Customer-centric approach, with the ability to empathize with user needs and feedback. - 14+ years of experience in Product Management within analytics platform and B2B/B2C software development. - Proficient in agile software development processes. - Professionalism, dedication, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - High energy, drive, and passion for innovation in product development. **Nice to Have:** - Experience in CRM, Service, or Marketing, particularly in analytics. - Familiarity with B2C Consumers, mobile, and collaboration technologies. - Exposure to AI/ML technologies for enhancing user productivity. - Extensive knowledge of data visualization. - Background in cloud computing or SaaS industry.
