Product Management

As a Product Manager at Applied Materials, you will be responsible for translating customer requirements for defect control on advanced semiconductor nodes to critical performance requirements towards the product roadmap. This role requires interfacing with product and field marketing teams and collaboration with R&D teams to drive product development. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Define product requirements documents (PRD) and Minimum Viable Product (MVP) - Process customer requests and design them to best fit our tool architecture - Collect relevant data, analyze it using advanced methodologies, and make data-driven decisions to drive the roadmap - Act as a central resource between field and internal R&D to drive feature development life cycle - Verify value upon development completion - Provide 3rd level support in the expertise domain, maintaining an in-depth understanding of customer problems and needs - Plan the content of the beta at first customers **Our Ideal Candidate:** - Strong technical background - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across disciplines and geographies in a matrix environment - Excellent communication and presentation skills - More than 6 years of experience in hands-on semiconductor process, inspection, and/or metrology domain is a must - Solid data analysis skillset including statistical tests, distributions, data interpretation techniques, Python programming, and data visualization tools like Tableau, JMP, or PowerBI **Qualifications:** - Minimum qualification: Masters in Technology in an engineering discipline **Additional Qualifications:** - Matlab, Python scripting skills are a plus If you are looking to work beyond the cutting-edge of technology, continuously pushing the boundaries of science and engineering, and making a better future possible, Applied Materials is the place for you.
