Product Lead, Benefits Marketplace

Role Overview: As the Benefits Marketplace Product Lead at Rippling, you will be responsible for developing and executing the strategy to enhance our benefits marketplace integrations. This role entails overseeing the addition of various types of benefits that employers offer globally, such as health insurance, life insurance, 401k, pensions, mental health, fertility, telemedicine, and financial wellness. Your primary focus will involve managing the process of adding new partners and products to our marketplace, optimizing the health of these integrations, and devising strategies to enhance the success of our benefit partners on Rippling's platform. Key Responsibilities: - Own the Benefits Marketplace integrations platform - Establish and expand a streamlined system for integrating new partners and benefit types into the marketplace - Develop and scale a system that enables our Benefits Operations team to monitor integration quality effectively and set up new integrations seamlessly - Create products that support our Benefit Marketplace partners in achieving profitable growth on Rippling's platform - Scale existing products to cater to tens of millions of employees - Collaborate extensively with teams across product, engineering, design, marketing, and customer-facing functions to build a modern marketplace for benefits products that can scale to billions in revenue Qualifications: - 5+ years of Product Management experience - Demonstrated self-starter with a proactive approach - Ability to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment - Proficiency in technical and data skills - Possess a "helicopter pilot" mentality, capable of seamlessly transitioning between high-level strategy and detailed operational aspects - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with comfort in cross-functional roles - Experience in developing complex workflow and integration/marketplace products - Prior background in a founder or hypergrowth startup environment is advantageous - Strong alignment with Rippling's leadership principles, particularly "Go and See" and "Are Right, a Lot",
