As a Product Head in the Textile/Garments industry with over 10 years of experience, you will be overseeing a range of products such as T-shirts, Hoodies, Pants, Gym wears, and Knit wears. Your expertise in Yarn to Fabric management, handling outsourced units, and leading teams will play a crucial role in your success. Key Responsibilities: - Product Strategy: Develop and implement product strategies to drive business growth and increase market share. - Product Development: Lead the product development process from conceptualization to design, prototyping, and testing. - Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and launch. - Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to make informed product decisions. - Product Launch: Plan and execute product launches, including devising marketing and sales strategies for effective promotion.
