You should have an M.Pharm in Pharm Chemistry/Pharmaceutics, MSc in Organic Chemistry/Pharmaceutical Chemistry, or M.Tech in Chemical Engineering, along with 2-5 years of experience in formulation development, preferably in Hair Care, Skin Care, Household Insecticides, Hygiene, or Air Care.
