Role Overview

Product Experience Designer with 8+ years of hands-on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process for web and mobile interfaces within RADIUS.
• Translate product requirements and user feedback into wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Design intuitive dashboards, interaction screens, and data visualizations that simplify complexity.
• Conduct user research and usability testing, anditeratebased on insights.
• Define andmaintaina scalable design system, ensuring visual consistency across the platform.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to implement features that drive user engagement.
• Contribute to the evolution of RADIUS's overall user experience and interaction patterns.
• Stay current with UI/UX best practices, accessibility standards, and design trends.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, with a strong focus on enterprise software or SaaS products.
• Provenexpertisein tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent.
• Portfoliodemonstratingdesign work for complex applications, including dashboards, workflows, and multi-step interactions.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communicationand presentation skills to articulate design decisions.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for crafting pixel-perfect interfaces.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience designing SaaSproducts.
• Experience contributingto orbuilding design systems.
• Understanding ofcustomer journey mapping and behavioral analytics.
• Ability to mentor junior designers and provide thoughtful feedback.
