Product Executive

Key Responsibilities

MIS Reporting & Sales Data Support:

Share category-wise and new product data with the Sales Support team every alternate day for morning meetings.

Prepare and circulate weekly GOLY (Growth Over Last Year) reports for product categories and sales trends.

Generate and present summary reports for Gujarat region distributors, including category performance and GOLY analysis.

Maintain and update sales dashboards and trackers as required.

Annual Rate Series & Renewal:

Support in analyzing performance of rate series and propose renewals based on data insights.

Ensure timely execution of renewed rates in systems before contract expiry.

Maintain updated pricing and rate series data for internal use and audit purposes.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data cleaning & formatting)

Familiarity with SAP and DMS systems

Strong analytical and documentation skills

Attention to detail and high accuracy

Good communication and coordination skills

Ability to work independently under strict timelines

Preferred Qualifications

• 4-8 years of MIS or commercial operations experience
• Exposure to sales data, pricing processes, and distributor management
• FMCG industry background preferred
• Knowledge of SAP SD module or other ERP systems a plus
