Product Excellence Manager, Ads Platform

As a Product Excellence Manager at gTech Ads Enablement, you will play a crucial role in empowering gTech to deliver exceptional customer experience through various initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include acting as the interface between services, support, consulting teams, and other stakeholders, overseeing technical execution and business operations of online advertising, analytics, and platform products. - Design effective communications and launch programs with partners to ensure testing of new products and feature releases before broad-scale deployment. - Provide partner feedback to internal cross-functional teams to improve product feature offerings. - Conduct implementation reviews, advocate for new product features, and ensure timely resolution of technical challenges. - Ensure technical aspects of integrations by offering necessary documentation and guidance. - Identify, drive, and optimize business growth opportunities by leveraging Google technologies. - Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience. - 4 years of experience in technical project management or a customer-facing role. - Experience in Data Analysis, Web Technologies, and SQL. - Customer-facing experience translating technical concepts to non-technical and executive audiences. - Knowledge of the advertising market or online ads landscape and analytical tools. - Ability to collaborate, build consensus, deliver, and drive technical decisions with various sized customer stakeholder groups. - Strong technical leadership, project management, analytical problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.,
