The Product Evangelist, will be the voice of our products, educating and inspiring both internal and external audiences about their value and capabilities. You will play a crucial role in building brand awareness, generating demand, and fostering strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and product briefings to various audiences, including customers, partners, and internal teams. Create and curate engaging content, such as blog posts, articles, videos, and social media updates, that showcase the value and benefits of our products. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars, building relationships with key influencers and thought leaders. Actively participate in online communities and forums, answering questions, addressing concerns, and building a strong online presence. Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for product improvement and inform product development decisions. Collaborate closely with the Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and a unified go-to-market strategy. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies relevant to our products. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target audience and their needs. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, or a similar role. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Passion for technology and a strong interest in our products. Ability to translate complex technical information into clear and concise messages for a variety of audiences. Experience with public speaking and presenting to large audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Key Result Areas (KRAs) for Product Evangelist Product Advocacy & Storytelling: Effectively communicate the value proposition and unique selling points of the company's products to internal and external audiences. Develop and deliver compelling product presentations, demos, and narratives that resonate with target audiences. Build and maintain a strong online presence as a thought leader in the industry. Content Creation & Dissemination: Create high-quality, engaging content (blog posts, articles, videos, social media updates, etc.) that showcases the value and benefits of the company's products. Effectively distribute content through relevant channels to reach target audiences. Community Building & Engagement: Actively participate in and contribute to industry events, conferences, and online communities. Build and nurture relationships with key influencers, industry experts, and customers. Foster a strong online community around the company's products. Market & Competitive Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies relevant to the company's products. Gather and analyze customer feedback and market insights to inform product development and marketing strategies. Internal Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, etc.) to ensure consistent messaging and a unified go-to-market strategy. Share knowledge and insights with internal teams to enhance product understanding and improve customer experiences. Brand Mentions: Track mentions of the company and its products in industry publications, online forums, and social media. Social Media Engagement: Track key metrics like likes, shares, comments, and mentions on social media platforms related to product-focused content. Content Performance Content Reach & Engagement: Track views, shares, likes, and comments on productrelated content (blog posts, articles, videos, etc.). Content Quality & Relevance: Measure the quality and relevance of content based on audience engagement and feedback. Community Building Community Growth: Track growth in online communities and followers on relevant platforms. Community Engagement: Measure the level of engagement within online communities (e.g., number of discussions, active participants). Influencer Relationships: Track the number and quality of relationships built with key influencers and industry experts. Customer Impact Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback on product presentations, demos, and other outreach activities. Product Adoption: Track the adoption rate of new product features and enhancements. Customer Satisfaction: Measure customer satisfaction with product information and support. Internal Collaboration & Communication Cross-functional Collaboration: Track the effectiveness of collaboration with other teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, etc.).
