Product Development Merchant

You will be joining Sabpam Exports, a company established in 1999 with a commitment to providing exceptional products and ensuring a seamless customer experience globally. Your role as a Product Development Merchant will involve managing the entire product development process, from concept to final sampling. This includes ensuring alignment with client expectations and brand aesthetics. Your responsibilities will include communicating with designers, negotiating and coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely product deliveries. To excel in this role, you should possess strong negotiation, communication, and time management skills to effectively handle multiple projects and deadlines. A solid understanding of embellishments, embroidery techniques, and garment construction is essential. Previous experience working with international fashion brands and familiarity with their quality and aesthetic standards will be advantageous. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and have a keen eye for aesthetics and craftsmanship. A Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, or a relevant field is required for this position.,
