Role & responsibilities

Market Research:
Identify trends, customer needs, and gaps in the premium lighting market.
Concept Development:
Create sketches/concepts and finalize ideas with management.
Product Design & Prototyping:
Design products, prepare technical drawings, and oversee prototype development.
Packaging & Marketing Content:
Develop packaging (where applicable), product descriptions, visuals, and storylines.
Product Launch & Innovation:
Manage end-to-end product development, support launch strategies, and handle design patent processes.
