Position Description

PAR is seeking a highly creative and collaborative Product Designer to shape innovative digital experiences across mobile applications and web portals. This role involves translating ideas into intuitive designs through wireframing, prototyping, and refining an established design language. The designer will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of user-centric solutions.

Position Location: Gurugram / Jaipur

Reports To: Senior Product Manager

What Were Looking For

Designing for both mobile applications and web portals.

• Wireframing and prototyping to define and validate feature concepts.
• Building clickable and dynamic prototypes to enable fast validation.
• Extending and refining an existing design language.
• Working with engineering to implement designs.
• 6 8 years of overall experience in product design.
• Strong domain knowledge in restaurant e-commerce, payments is a plus.
• Expert proficiency in tools including Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience creating user flow prototypes.
• Experience preparing assets for development.
• Attention to detail and solid visual design skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge of AI-driven prototyping and wireframing tools and approaches.

• Facilitation and organization of usability testing.
• Motion design, animation, and video editing experience.
