Responsibilities Own end-to-end product design process, from user research and ideation to prototyping and delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn business and user needs into usable, scalable designs. Translate concepts into wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes. Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback and data. Champion design consistency by contributing to and evolving the design system. Present design work to stakeholders and justify decisions with user insight and design rationale. Act as a mentor to junior designers and support design best practices across teams. Qualifications 4-6 years of experience in product design with a portfolio showcasing UX/UI across platforms. Deep understanding of UX principles, design systems, accessibility, and responsive design. Proficient in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools like Principle or Framer. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, agile environment. Experience with user research and testing methods. A degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent is a plus. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-pressure environment with a strong passion for delivering results. A candidate who has a successful history of working in teams solving challenging topics and is willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.
