Product Designer

Blitz enables 60 minutes to Same-Day Delivery for eCommerce brands to provide the best on-time delivery experiences to their customers. Blitz aims to simplify scalability & unlock the growth of new-age eCommerce brands by making Same-Day delivery more convenient, reliable & affordable. Same-Day Delivery helps brands with converting their browsers into buyers, serving as a competitive advantage and reducing working capital challenges. Blitz currently engages with enterprise brands with category focus into Fashion, Beauty & Personal Care and Healthcare; helping them with 30% - 40% increase in their website conversions & increasing retention by 2x by providing best in class experience. Own and lead design across multiple products or missions, driving clarity and cohesion in complex problem spaces. Own and deliver end-to-end product experiences from framing ambiguous challenges to polished execution. Define design strategy in close partnership with product, engineering, and other adjacent teams to shape impactful outcomes. Solve complex, fuzzy problems through strong design skills, upstream thinking, and by developing a deep understanding of user behavior. Act as a strategic partner in stakeholder discussions, shaping product vision and bringing rigour to execution. Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of experience. Deep experience in product design, with a portfolio that showcases thoughtful systems and polished craft. A builders mindset: curious, iterative, and always looking to level up your design and technical toolkit. A track record of working in fast-paced, agile environments with cross-functional teams. Strong communication skills and the ability to balance user needs with business goals. Past experience working on Web and App designs. Skill Sets: Fluency in modern design tools (Figma / Sketch) and processes with skills in facilitation and research. Well equipped with fast AI driven prototyping - like Lovable, Bolt.
