Product Design Intern

As a Product Design Intern at our company, you will play a crucial role in the product development cycle, contributing to the successful launch of various web, mobile, software applications, and marketing collateral. Your primary responsibilities will involve collaborating with product and engineering teams to design intuitive and scalable user experiences. You will be responsible for driving the entire design process from concept development and user flows to creating polished UI designs and final handoffs. Additionally, you will create user journeys, detailed wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes to enhance existing user interfaces for better performance and usability. Furthermore, you will work on simplifying complex processes through thoughtful UX design and contribute to maintaining design systems, UI libraries, and brand standards. It is essential to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs in live environments while working within Agile/Scrum teams and adapting to evolving product needs. Your role will also involve participating in design reviews and incorporating feedback into iterations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design intuitive, scalable user experiences. - Drive the entire design process from concept, user flows, wireframes to polished UI and final handoff. - Create user journeys, detailed wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes. - Improve existing user interfaces for better performance, clarity, or usability. - Explore and simplify complex processes through thoughtful UX design. - Contribute to and maintain design systems, UI libraries, and brand standards. - Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs in live environments. - Work within Agile/Scrum teams and adapt to evolving product needs. - Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback into iterations. **Qualifications Required:** - Demonstrable UI design skills with a portfolio or project samples. - Exposure to creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps. - Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Uizard, Framer, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar. - A strong sense of visual aesthetics with attention to user-system interaction. - Familiarity with platforms like Lovable, Webflow, WordPress, Canva, or equivalent. - Basic understanding of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap is a plus. - Interest or experience in improving existing UI designs for better usability or performance. - Comfortable working in a collaborative, Agile/Scrum environment. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, and openness to feedback and learning.,
