Must have 3+ years of experience in handling Master Data Management, Product data management, product categorization, product content enrichment, digital assets sourcing projects
Familiarity with BMEC at electronic product catalogues, and industry standard classification systems ETIM, eClass, UNSPSC, etc.
Working knowledge of PIM platforms - STEP Stibo, Informatica Product 360, Rivers and, IBM WebSphere Commerce (WCS), etc.
Ensure delivery of Client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including day-to-day service levels, customer experience, quality measures, and compliance measures.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
Excellent communication skills verbal, written, etc.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as a self-starter
Strong skills in reporting and presentation of key business information
Experienced in managing mid-size (10+) multi-site /Multi skilled teams
Strong organizational skills Excellent in analytical thinking and problem solving
