Roles and Responsibilities. Should have configured at least 2-3 clients in FAST independently in Life and Annuity Domain. Able to run end to end case for policy issue, surrender, partial surrender etc. in FAST. Understanding of applying cash and suspense to the policy cases. Help operations Team run the fallout cases, where either they are not able to issue a policy due to a FAST config challenge, or help get the correct values on the print statement Json. Well versed with various extracts being generated out of FAST(EAS extracts, Tax extracts, Annuityreserve, PolicyFundLevel) and able to debug the issues encountered wrt Data generated. Have expertise in Calculation and Rules warehouse, Orchestration, Correspondence modules of FAST. Guide the Team on various process within FAST like RMD, anniversary letter etc. Knowledge of Data architecture of FAST is added advantage.
