For each product, a breakdown of BOM is needed to be done in an Excel file looking at Product Drawing along with Material Details. Identifying a Supplier part and a TE part by looking at the part drawings/SAP. Contacting Suppliers through email and requesting Material Declaration (MD) for the p/n, and later reviewing the provided MD for its Material, Substance Composition, and total weight. Compliance Coding in PCT application for REACH/ROHS/Halogens. Interact with the suppliers through e-mail to get material declaration and compliance statements (REACH/RoHS). Interact with Product Engineers/Procurement Team to get the required product/supplier details. Entering material declarations in different customer formats. Work on Conflict Minerals Project. Based on the material declarations obtained, address industry specific surveys (Phthalate's survey/Red Phosphorus Survey /PFAS etc.,) Enter Compliance info in external web portals like 8QMGhesk, customer Portals etc.
