Product & BD Manager - MLS

Role & responsibilities

• Own

  product strategy and lifecycle

  for productivity and machine lifecycle service offerings.
• Define

  value propositions, pricing models, and commercial frameworks

  (EaaS, service contracts, outcome-based models).
• Drive

  business development and revenue growth

  for Machine Lifecycle Solutions in the assigned region.
• Lead

  solution selling and strategic account engagements

  with large enterprise customers.
• Integrate

  productivity and digital solutions

  (telematics, analytics, AI-enabled tools) into service offerings.
• Collaborate with

  Sales, Service, Finance, Legal, Digital, and Dealer partners

  to deliver scalable solutions.
• Manage

  contract structuring, negotiations, and risk assessment

  for multi-year agreements.
• Track

  product performance, customer productivity KPIs, margins, and service profitability

  .
• Enable and coach

  regional sales and service teams

  on solution and services selling.
• Build long-term

  customer relationships and partnerships

  to drive retention and renewals.

Preferred candidate profile

• 12- 18 years of experience in

  B2B product management, business development, or solution selling

  within industrial / capital equipment domains.
• Strong exposure to

  lifecycle services, EaaS, service contracts, pricing and commercial models

  .
• Experience working cross-functionally with

  Sales, Service, Finance, and partners

  , with customer-facing ownership.
