Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Product Owner to break down strategic product goals into detailed functional requirements and user stories. 
• Work directly with development teams to clarify requirements, define acceptance criteria, and ensure technical feasibility. 
• Maintain and groom the product backlog, ensuring stories are well-defined, prioritized, and ready for development. 
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and technical deep dives to gather low-level details and edge cases. 
• Create and manage documentation in tools such as Confluence and Jira to support sprint planning and execution. 
• Analyze user feedback, bug reports, and usage data to refine requirements and improve product quality. 
• Participate in sprint ceremonies including planning, reviews, and retrospectives to support continuous delivery. 
• Ensure traceability between business objectives and technical implementation through clear documentation and communication. 
• Support the Product Owner in roadmap planning by providing insights into development capacity and technical constraints. 

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or related field. 
• 12+ years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, or related role. 

Technical & Domain Expertise

• Understanding of O&GArtificial Lift systems(e.g., ESPs, rod pumps, gas lift)Production, Process Safety, and Measurement workflows. 
• Required experience in team buildingIIoT platformsand working withindustrial telemetry systems(e.g., SCADA, MQTT, OPC-UA). 
• Exposure toML. Generative AI,Digital Twins, and other modern data-driven technologies is a plus. 
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum teams. 

Data & Product Analysis

• Usesproduct usage analytics,market insights, andvoice of customerinputs to render targeted requirements. 

Product Development & Collaboration

• Must have experienceelaborating product requirementsand translating them intouser stories. 
• Works closely withsoftware developersto ensure alignment between product vision and technical execution. 
• Acts as a bridge between engineering and product management, interfacing regularly with the Product Manager. 

Communication Style
