Product Analyst - Revenue Management

As a Product Analyst for Revenue Management at Inspire Brands, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of custom software solutions that enhance restaurant operations and contribute to Inspire's technology stack. Your role will be pivotal in executing the 12 - 18-month roadmap for the revenue management custom application and its associated modules that directly impact restaurant operations. Collaborating closely with a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager, you will be tasked with identifying and prioritizing business opportunities, defining core business requirements, and overseeing the delivery of technology solutions from engineering partners. You should be a self-starter who excels in task and project execution, while also continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement. In this dynamic environment, adaptability and agility are key. You will need to respond promptly to changing circumstances, make quick decisions, and take effective action even with incomplete information. Your ability to understand technical constraints, lead data-driven discussions, and collaborate with various stakeholders to gather and comprehend feature requirements will be critical to your success. To excel in this role, you should possess comprehensive knowledge of restaurant-facing technology, user experience, design frameworks, and processes. Strong analytical skills, familiarity with agile tools like Jira and Confluence, and a deep understanding of agile delivery principles are essential. You will be expected to translate data-driven insights, business intent, and technical direction into clear and well-documented product requirements. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are a must-have, allowing you to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences effectively.
