Position Summary

Product Analyst / Product Associate

hands-on experience in UX/UI design and prototyping

Key Responsibilities

1. User Research & Requirement Analysis

• Conduct user and stakeholder interviews to understand needs, workflows, and pain points.
• Translate insights into structured

  Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)

  , process flows, and user stories.
• Support the prioritization of product requirements based on impact and feasibility.
  

2. UX/UI Design & Prototyping

• Design and refine

  user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes

  for mobile and web platforms.
• Work in

  Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools

  to visualize requirements and enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented and maintain usability standards.
• Conduct usability testing sessions and iterate based on feedback.
  

3. Agile Product Development

• Collaborate with the product and tech teams in

  Agile/Scrum

  ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage and maintain the product backlog; define clear acceptance criteria for user stories.
• Support release coordination and ensure smooth rollout of new features.
  

4. Data-Driven Insights & Reporting

• Track product performance using data analytics and feedback loops.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and visual presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
  

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with hospital operations, clinical, and IT teams to ensure product solutions fit real-world healthcare workflows.
• Present prototypes, research findings, and feature demos to stakeholders for validation and sign-off.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Design, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field

  .

• 1–3 years of experience

  in

  Product Analysis, UX/UI Design, or Product Development

  .
• Proven ability to create

  wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes

  using

  Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools

  .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in

  Agile and Scrum

  methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of

  Power BI, Google Data Studio, or Mixpanel

  is an advantage.
• A passion for leveraging technology to improve healthcare experiences.
