Product Analyst

As a Product Analyst at our company based in Tirunelveli, you will play a crucial role in driving awareness of requirements across business units and identifying substandard systems processes through real-time data evaluation. Your key responsibilities will include: - Creating and implementing precise management plans for every project, with a focus on transparent communication at all levels - Performing, evaluating, and communicating thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development - Determining and developing user requirements for systems in production to ensure maximum usability - Producing reports on application development and implementation - Enhancing the quality of IT products and services - Serving as a thought leader for technical business processes, developing systems prototypes to promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels As a Product Analyst, you will need to partner with stakeholders across business units to develop analyses and documentation collaboratively. It will be important to communicate effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams. Additionally, you will be responsible for: - Evaluating, analyzing, and communicating systems requirements on a continuing basis - Maintaining systems processes and delivering monthly status reports to all appropriate parties - Authoring and updating internal and external documentation - Conducting daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems - Using strong analytical skills to create reports and offer recommendations - Managing multiple projects from beginning to completion - Demonstrating good written and verbal communication skills for working with all stakeholders - Understanding the team's challenges and developing solutions - Being familiar with various types of project management and business analysis software, as well as proficiency in spreadsheets Required Skills/Abilities: - Previous product analysis experience - Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Proficiency in database software - Strong communication skills - Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change - Ability to balance customer needs against the company's vision - Excellent time management skills Your role as a Product Analyst will be instrumental in enhancing systems processes and driving efficiency within the organization.
