This role focuses on gathering customer feedback, analysing product usage data and identifying opportunities to enhance product performance and user satisfaction. By closely collaborating with both internal teams and end-users, the Analyst ensures that product development aligns with real customer needs, driving adoption, retention and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

ؠAct as the liaison between customers, Product and Engineering teams.

ؠAnalyze product usage trends, customer feedback and support ticket Fresh Desk/Redmine/Jira data to identify feature enhancements and areas for improvement.

ؠTranslate customer needs into clear product requirements and user stories.

ؠSupport product roadmap development with data-driven insights and user impact assessments.

ؠConduct regular reviews of customer journeys to identify friction points and suggest improvements.

ؠPartner with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to ensure successful onboarding, training, and user engagement.

ؠParticipate in product testing, validation and release readiness activities.

Good to have:

ؠBachelors degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field.

ؠExperience in a customer-facing or product-facing role is an addedadvantage (Customer Success, Business Analysis, Product Management, etc.).

ؠStrong analytical and problem-solving skills in SaaS product,along with AngularJS, MongoDB, Jasper report knowledge.

ؠExperience in SaaS or tech product environments.

ؠWorking knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira, Redmine, Confluence).

ؠExperience with CRM and support tools (Fresh Desk).
