We are seeking a highly analytical, customer-focused Product Analyst to shape AI-driven voice products, transforming India's tech landscape. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging customer insights and data analytics to enhance user experiences and drive product growth.

Responsibilities:

? Analyse customer data, market trends, and product performance to identify opportunities.

? Provide actionable insights to inform product strategy and improvements.

? Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and UX teams to define, prioritise and deliver requirements.

? Track product metrics and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.

? Support product launches through data-driven insights and customer feedback.

? Document detailed product requirements and support development teams.

Requirements:

? Proven experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or related analytical role.

? Strong analytical skills, proficient in data analysis and visualisation tools(Figma, exceldraw).

? Understanding of software development and agile methodologies.

? Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities.

? Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
