Job Description

Customer Guidance and Sales:
Assist customers with product selection and provide detailed information on features, benefits, and specifications.
Present, promote, and sell products or services to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.
Conduct sales calls (often outbound) to build customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
Product Knowledge and Support:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines, current promotions, policies, and security practices.
Provide light technical support and help resolve issues with existing orders.
Offer samples or demonstrations for products, such as health supplements.
Market Awareness:
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and emerging industry trends.
Identify and engage in new business opportunities through various channels.
